Washington State STEM Signing Day 2025!
Are you a high school senior in Washington state who is committed to pursuing a college or postsecondary training program in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math)? This is your moment to shine and be recognized!
Much like signing days for athletes, high school seniors will be selected to be honored during a special event hosted in partnership with Boeing, the Seattle Seahawks, and Partnership for Learning.
Each honoree will sign a letter committing to their pursuit of a post-secondary credential and an exciting future in STEM! The deadline to apply is May 25th — don’t miss out!

Celebrate with Boeing and the Seattle Seahawks: Honorees and their families will be invited to attend this special event at the practice facility of the Seattle Seahawks and meet Blitz, the Seahawks mascot! You’ll also take home some STEM Signing Day swag, including a gift card to help with the cost of books and supplies.
Sign Your Letter of Intent: As part of Washington State STEM Signing Day, honorees will participate in a special ceremony where you’ll sign a letter of intent recognizing your pursuit of education or training in a STEM field after high school.
Network with STEM Leaders: This event isn’t just a celebration for you and your family—you’ll meet a whole community of educators, officials and business leaders who want to see you succeed! You’ll have the opportunity to make connections that could help you sharpen your skills and support your professional journey.

Who can apply?
Washington state high school seniors who are graduating in 2025 and have (or will soon) commit to attending a STEM education (degree or certificate) program at a post-secondary institution. This includes university, college, technical school and vocational programs.
How do I apply?
Applications for the 2025 Washington State STEM Signing Day are now closed. Applicants will be contacted by Boeing by May 31st with further information about the event.
When and where is the STEM Signing Day event?
Washington State STEM Signing Day will take place in the afternoon on June 6, 2025 at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center in Renton, WA, and is open to invited students, their families and special guests. More information about arrival, parking and other instructions will be provided closer to the event.
What if I’m selected and cannot attend the event?
Honorees are strongly encouraged to attend the Washington State STEM Signing Day event, but we understand graduation season is a busy time of year. If you are selected and ultimately cannot attend the event, we will mail an award packet to you, including your certificate and swag.
