While Kids Work Jobs, Enjoy the Sun, Parents Travel to Colleges.

I'll be doing this in about five years. My former colleague, Peter Callaghan at The News Tribune, is doing it this summer for his twin girls as they head off to college next year.   "It" being, touring colleges that his girls may attend. Of course, Peter's all about safety, the girls are all about the coolest dorms. That lightness of being he's experiencing now is probably his wallet getting lighter by the minute.
