This group doesn't have a web site yet, but look to hear more about them later this year, as the Washington State Parent Information & Resource Center Program begins to spread its wings and start setting up educational centers in Pasco, Prosser, Othello and Walla Walla.
The group also plans to set up a bilingual Web site, regional parent kiosks to get information on their school or child, say, at grocery stores and finally they'll be doing an early childhood study on the impact an educational home-visit model will have on rural households. So stay tuned. Oh, and until the Web site's up, call 509-544-5769 for more info or e-mail the director, Sue Schlegel at schlegel@esd123.org.
