Ed Groups Call for Increase in Funding for Schools

It was all over the news last night, as well as all the papers today, but in case you missed it, the entire alphabet soup of ed groups got together yesterday to unite behind a push for the full funding of the state's public ed system.

While lauding the Washington Learns report, the group, which ranged from the principals' association to the school directors' association, called for real sustained money going into the system, not just pilot projects and quick hits.
